Also, something I considered after watching this ep a few times. When Nacho was on the phone with that contact in the motel, the guy told him to stay and a truck would come by and he'd have to get into it. Now, Lalo killed those guys near a truck at the end. What if THAT was the truck, and Lalo just so happened to screw up Nacho's escape plan?
