I’m glad you liked the ending. I’ve seen so many people saying it was a terrible finale, because it didn’t end how they wanted it to, but I agree it was the right choice for this series. Ruth was my favourite character and was the only one I wanted to survive, but I see why her death had to happen. She’d made a reckless understandable choice and there were consequences. If Marty and even Wendy by the end could’ve stopped it they would’ve done. At least she knew it wasn’t them who sold her out and she went down on her terms. I do think she’s been a acting like she no longer cared since Wyatt died, although clearing her record maybe gave her hope again. A real tragic end. Also, I agree, it makes sense the Byrdes won. It’s a reflection of what money and power mean in terms of advantage. Plus after the crash the family unit was stronger than ever. Plus Jonah always seemed one step from using that gun. The creator has said he did shoot the PI by the way. Oh and have you watched Yellowstone? It’s a great show you might like!
