2022-10-21 13:58:45 +0000 UTCI've seen this episode a dozen times or more and Beocca screaming for Thyra crushes me every single time. Even knowing what happens, it still gets me... Ian Hart is something else. Love your reactions and content! Keep up the great work!

2022-10-21 02:26:34 +0000 UTCOne of the ways I am drawn to Tv/Movies is in the moments of simple existence in each respective world, depending on the production I am viewing. The adventures are the main-course but the trimmings are so crucial to me. Such as, playing stones with Finan and Cloppa. These moments immerse us even if we don't realize it happens that way. I love Vikings and I must say that TLK is even better. Love spending the time with you all in this the TLK world.

2022-10-21 01:59:55 +0000 UTCWhat this show has that Vikings doesn't is ... not a bad episode. Season 3 of Vikings was dreadful but there wasn't/isn't a bad episode of TLK.

2022-10-20 22:40:55 +0000 UTCIt is so much fun watching people discover this show for the first time. It's one of the best ones out there in my opinion. The opening scene in this episode always gets me. Ian Hart's performance is just... it's everything.

2022-10-20 21:47:49 +0000 UTCThe writing and acting on the show is just so good. this episode and the last episode are both so good. I always cry when Beocca and Thyra are reunited after the camp is attacked. Between that and the budding relationship between Eric and Aethefled ugh the feels this episode are so great.

2022-10-20 20:54:34 +0000 UTCI will keep saying this, this show has amazing writing and actors who truly connect. Do not be surprised thru out the series to change your minds about characters. This show can flip good to bad and bad to good so smoothly without that big Aha moment just kind of happens

2022-10-20 15:51:42 +0000 UTCI don’t care how many times I see that scene with Beocca and Thyra it always makes me cry. There are a few scenes like that over the next seasons. Prepare yourselves.

2022-10-20 15:25:56 +0000 UTCIan Hart/Beoca is a great English actor. He played the bad guy in the 1st Harry Potter movies. He's probably the most accomplished actor in the series

2022-10-20 13:49:44 +0000 UTCOddas right, I feel when u become a king, it is your responsibility to put the lives of the whole before just one. Even thou I know it's hard cause it's his own daughter, but what about everybody else's children that you're basically condemning to death by doing that. And we all know if this is somebody else's kid, Alfred wouldn't even think of doing it.

2022-10-20 12:03:32 +0000 UTCRight now Uhtred only has two children, a son and a daughter.

2022-10-20 11:28:27 +0000 UTCYou sure Otto didn’t kill his son after seeing Alfred witness his treachery?
Brian Clancy
2022-10-20 10:20:56 +0000 UTCI know Odda's suggestion is harsh especially when talking to the father, but it brings it to different light when you remember he killed his own son for the betterment of the kingdom. Also once again great reaction, thank you for sharing the experience with us.
