DO NOT STOP! I just meant that if you take a couple of weeks off from the show it might build up to the anticipation. There is a time jump. I watched this show over a six year period and it kind of made sense more than watching everything back to back. Just my opinion.

2023-01-19 11:40:48 +0000 UTCThe expression on Uhtreds face when he realised Stiorra had probably fallen in love was perfect, as was the later line about 'head strong children' 😊 and Stiorras motivation to live the Danish life as a connection to Gisela... I think Aethelfleds willingness to follow Edwards plan was partly due to the fact she had arrived straight after a success in the north full of confidence (& a touch of arrogance) in a just 'crusade' and also the belief in their Father's dream which was the basis of the improved relationship between her and Edward - fantastic reaction, roll on season 5!

But I couldn’t help but think of the parallel that Uhtred just like Ragnar had a boy, a girl and now an adopted son. 🥹 Untred’s daughter is the oldest I think so I could just be reaching but its a bit similar.

How amazing was that ending shot of them on the ridge, looking over the land of “England”:— loved it! Yesss Sigtryggyr and Stiorra 😍😍😍love them so much. He and Ragnar are my fav Danes! I’ve not seen but a few eps, of S5 SO REALLY EXCITED! I dont remember the details! Sad it’s coming to the end🥲 But I rem watching this episode ready to punch Brida. Fans really struggled with her!
