Winners of the poll#2

Raven (RWBY) is a winner the poll.
And Ragyo is a winner of the poll too!
We have an interesting situation when two girls have the same number of votes. I thought some time and decided to draw them both. Raven will be drawn in February while Ragyo will be the part of March rewards (because I will not be able to draw both in time).
Next time I'll add the character of my choice for polls with suggested characters by patrons (only if a number of suggestions will be 3 or less). I suppose it may help to divide a number of choices and must prevent situations like this.
