Naturalis v1.2-beta2

Plenty of technical changes were done that improve the internal logic etc., these should not affect usage. But report any oddities if you happen to notice.
I've got WIPs upcoming on three things:
- The internal pressure implementation
- A dynamic fat spring adjustment that I'm calling "breast core rigidity" which tries to make the soft physics mesh resist compression the further soft joints are pushed towards the center
- Hard collider joint spring and damper configuration - seems promising based on initial testing
More on those in the coming days!
Given how it seems that the internal pressure model changes things fundamentally, I will try to get out a test build for you sooner rather than later. As mentioned, it's a v1.3 feature - but I'm developing it in parallel with v1.2, and should be able to share a development version as soon as it's usable enough. It would be great to get some early feedback on it so I'm not developing it completely in a vacuum.
