Earlier K-Pop contents were posted on V-Live coz it was not intended for Global broadcast, just locally in Korea (or other SEA countries with V-Live available) - JYPE wasn't aware or expecting TWICE to be famous Worldwide with SIXTEEN and TWICE as an experiment to see if they can compete with the currently active girl groups at that time.
