The trailers for ITZY usually don't connect to the album or songs in any way. So don't try to read too much into it. But basically it's a metaphor, for when your heart stops beating for what you were once passionate about, your interest dies. But you can re-ignite your passion and get excited once more. She was saying through the video, nothing excites her anymore, so they were all trying to excite her with different activities. Not much more to it than that.
