Just an update on where I'm at

Since you are the ones the support me the most, I wanted to update you on where I'm at personally. I posted about some of this on twitter, but I'll go more in depth here. So I started ADHD medication 4 weeks ago, my mind has clarity for the first time in my life. I feel so much more capable and it's enabled me to think things through better. We are still trying to get the dosage right and of course there are side effects, but all in all it's been extremely positive for me.

I hadn't been too happy with the quality of my art or the amount  put out the past few months. So with my mind clear I dedicated this month to training and studying. I have learned so much already and I hope it shows in future art. I have tried to create a workflow that enables me to produce art quicker (not at the cost of quality) I haven't 100% figured it out yet, but I'm getting there. 

I also made a pledge to myself that I will be more genuine with my art and not shy away from my own tastes to incorporate what I think other people want. Basically I struggle with being a people pleaser. And my art is always at it's worst when my heart isn't in it.

The recent Cogita piece kinda shows what's to come. I've had a lot of ideas for story based pieces/ single page comics or ones that show multiple angles or poses. 

Before starting adhd meds I would work on one piece at a time. On meds my mind has been coming up with so many ideas, I've been sketching and bouncing around them like crazy. It's like the horni got increased by 500% it's wild. Some of the sketches I've done and plan on finishing are, Jinx poll piece (priority), Irida petplay dressed as glaceon, Vi x Cait comic page, Tsunade xSakura comic page, Renata Glasc x Jinx. I doubt I will finish all of them, my interests are jumping around too much, so no promises. I hope I'm not all talk and this comes to fruition. I'm partly writing this to hold myself accountable. Trying to set achievable goals.

Wasn't happy with my art quality or quantity, Feb has been a training arc month.
