Seiko's brand of punishments are loved by her subjects to the point where they are memorized by heart. A genuine past time and it's her majesty's second most favorite method of serving her people, her first being actually carrying out the punishment~
Ran also being a good sport as her pet, she just LOVES the attention as the citizens shout how they'd punish her exposed body~
and YES, those punishments they're shouting are real methods of punishment, all incredibly hardcore~
AND YEEESSS, that is Queen Seiko's formal attire, a dark dress with the glossy yellow accents of Ontierra's flag. Shines brilliantly in direct light
Her hair is done into a bun and she wears green eye shadow too!
