Natural Shadows VS Deep Shadows

I want to ask you guys something.
Usually, when I make cc, I made shadows naturally.
But I think from CAS, it's too light.
Do you like natural shadows?
Or do you like deep shadows?

Yes in this post natural looked better. But I changed to deep !!
