This video is old by now, but the point about Big Ben throwing an invalid lateral doesn't apply I think, because he is the quarterback and I think he was still behind the line of scrimmage when he threw it.

There's been also a case of a punt return and interception return in the same game, by Deion Sanders. Nobody's done all three in the same game; in fact in 2005 the Vikings became the first *team* to have all 3 in the same game. It's technically possible to also return a missed field goal, but since your team gets possession there anyway with field position at the spot of the kick, the only time you'd even attempt to return one is with 0:00 on the clock in a tie game.
