I mean if we're real and honest about it, most jobs in America don't even offer benefits at all to even lack dental and vision. The overwhelming majority of working US civilians don't have benefits.

2024-05-26 01:22:20 +0000 UTCLove that you’ll be doing 2 per week!!! In US dental is usually included with healthcare, which as shown in this episode comes from your employer. Although I guess not always because Dwight’s first plan excluded dental and vision (which honestly must be the cheapest plan possible, most people will not take a job if that is the plan…and it is something you need to know before accepting a job) How the hell it actually works I have no idea. Prices vary wildly depending on the plan, and there is this endless cycle of insurance providers trying to pay as little as possible and hospitals overcharging and round and round it goes. It is such a headache if you’re going for anything other than a routine checkup.
