I always thought it was because ram is older so rem is using a term of endearment for big sister like onee-san and Ram is just using Rem’s name

It's because back to the village they were born, everyone told Rem "you're Ram's sister" and Ram don't want Rem to think that way, she want her to see herself as Rem and not only Ram's sister.

Normally a demon would just suck it from the air into their horn but since Rams is broken she can’t regain the mana she uses. -I've heard that the Author said if Ram had her Horn she would be One of the Strongest Characters in all of re zero, which is saying something when you meet future characters. -so Roswaal wants to kill the dragon. The Dragon who, together with the Sage and the Sword Saint, sealed the Witch of Envy (which almost destroyed the world). The Dragon who entered into an agreement with the royal family to protect the kingdom of Lugunica where the events of the anime take place. The royal family which mysteriously disappeared. And Roswaal wants Emilia to win the royal election to have access to and kill THAT Dragon. There is Definitely something more going on. -we did hear about those that attacked Rem/Ram's village. They are the witches cult, and that is why Rem was distrustful of Subaru for a bunch of timelines and killed him. It’s because he smelled of the witch. She mentioned it the last time we saw Rem kill Subaru.
