While there is SoL material presented, all character driven stories must present such to establish the characters personalities. What truly defines SoL is stasis. nothing really changes. Characters don't age, situations don't change different gags or topics drive the entertainment. Think Peanuts or Seinfeld. The Japanese media doesn't produce much of such content and that which is produced usually doesn't make the cut for export.

Miyamura is definitely much more confident than Gojo as attested to my the ink and piercings, Hence the relationships are going to track differently. Each entertaining in it's own way.

Almost like the feeling of your heart being tugged, then the opposite when you resolve a problem or misunderstanding, it shifts back like the feeling of relief when pulling yourself together.
