2024-07-09 03:41:39 +0000 UTCExplaining the Kite cycle in the simplest way possible just for added benefit and to help Cara: Kite, as mentioned by Ging, had a number come up with his Crazy Slots that apparently allowed his soul to live on. That was the number he rolled in his fight with Pitou. His body died but his soul was put into seemingly the nearest unborn fetus (Kite was NEVER eaten). This fetus was in the ant queen thus making it a Chimera Ant Fetus. This Chimera Ant fetus came about through the merging of the Red Hair Girl (killed by the Koala Chimera Ant) and other animals not yet known (you see a later slightly matured Red Hair baby with a tail cleary indicating Chimera Ant features despite the prominently human features). The Koala was hoping that this Red Hair Girl he killed before she was turned into a meatball and fed to the Queen had her soul "escape the cycle" (as in, he was hoping she wasn't reborn). This is, of course, proven to be true. This fetus was born with KITE's soul and memories but with the BODY of the Chimera Ant Red Hair Girl. So new Kite, has Kite's soul, and inherited even some of his old memories. Heck, Red Haired Chimera Ant girl even prefers to be called KITE. Chimera Ant Girl Kite will probably not be exactly the same as old Kite. Probably won't have the same nen type or abilities, probably will mature and form it's own distinct personality but will always have the old version of herself to influence and shape her. Chimera Ant Girl Kite will be probably a very different Kite, but still close enough to the old Kite's mannerisms and behaviours to feel pretty similar.
