The progression from Book 1 to Book 3 has been an incredible watch! Thank you guys so so much for your support throughout Avatar, and we hope you've enjoyed our reactions as much as we've enjoyed experiencing the story for the first time (and as a rewatch for Prez)! Would also love to know what you guys thought of the finale?!
We're taking the rest of the week to process the end of this show now😂 but The Legend of Korra starts next week so get excited! 🙌🏻

I cried while aang was parting the fire, I cried while zuko gave his speech I cried during the agni kai😂😂 finale just hits different

2024-11-07 19:36:08 +0000 UTCI’m late asl, but you mentioned that Aang wasn’t going on the offensive in this fight, that’s just his natural style of fighting especially an air nomad, air-benders usually fight defensively, meanwhile Fire-benders usually fight offensively which is how firelord Ozai and Azula is fighting, Earth and Water benders usually do a mix of both offense AND defense (in their own ways) which we see from Katara and Toph Now just because airbenders fight defensively doesn’t mean that they can’t choose to fight offensively, I think it’s mostly just Aangs personality, and how he chooses to fight, even Zuko who is a fire-bender, chooses to fight defensively in this final fight Every nation has their own style of fighting and that’s what makes them all unique, however some benders can choose to adopt techniques from other nations, it all depends on the bender

Cause I do."

2024-10-11 02:29:44 +0000 UTCI've seen this show many times, and I love the aspect you brought to my attention for the first time about Zuko vying for his Father's approval while Azula has been doing the same for her Mother. Only Zuko had a chance to find himself and get closure while Azula didn't, thus contributing to her spiral into madness.

2024-10-11 01:12:50 +0000 UTCI was around 15 or so when I was watching this show I’m 23 now and I still tear up for most of the finale, it’s the most loose end tied, relationships made, friendships made, people united, and purposes fulfilled endings I’ve ever seen in anything I’ve ever watched. It made my heart so happy seeing you guys have the same reactions I did love you guys sm fr and I can’t wait for you guys to watch Kora 🖤
