Akane points out Yoriko (Sweet Todayβs author) draws digitally, but Abiko is still using physical stationery for her work. You can actually see an ink blot on her hand 25:51 into your video. Although subtle, it really shows that once she gets set in her ways she does not easily change, right or wrong

But it does feature pinup models in a few different states of dress/undress as well as interviews, articles, and manga. I remember I had a bit of a double-take when I read in the manga. And the 2.5D stage is a thing, but this stage featured is no longer open, it was a temp thing in a set area to revitalize the area in collab with a public utility company (if I remember right) But the stage is pretty much exact as featured in this anime, there is a deep dive video on youtube about this stage and some of the productions they did.
