16:37 an explanation about this part: ichikawa usually uses two different pronouns: he usually uses ore for school and other outside situations, and boku when he feels more relaxed. Yamada knows it because she heard he talking with his sister that time. So, in this scene, she says she know he was having fun because he was using boku the whole time, without realizing it. Since English doesn't have different pronouns for I, the translators tried to adapt it.

I'm happy that y'all are loving it! Lemme just take this chance to also reccomend that you watch Twi-yaba in between seasons! It was a series of shorts that released as a bonus episode between the seasons, it's a highly underrated part of the series imho and not a lot of people have reacted to it! I don't know what it is, maybe the fact we never really get inside her head the way we do Ichikawa.
