The context he says Sarina's name is simply that Ruby's obssession and behaviour when she was a child reminded him of Sarina. He said it to her while she was asleep and thinking aloud. It's crazy how close they came to finding out so soon though. Ruby literally woke up hearing that name and responded to it like it was her name. Aqua just didn't process it that way because... why would he? I mean technically he has reason to knowing she is another reincarnated person... but he has no reason to think it's her. As far as he knows he had just died when the birth happened. So how would Sarina, someone who died 4 years earlier, possibly be reincarnated there? That's still one of the big questions I have about how she is even Sarina in the first place, personally. Not that I want any Manga readers to answer that mystery. I want the show to tell me when it gets to it.
