When she says "Old Lady" She uses the word oba-san, which is literally 'aunt' but is also used to refer to a female of the previous generation and how they translated it. Given the context, I think Kaju is more worried about becoming an aunt than an old lady. To date, there has not been a sequel announcement. I would not give up hope though. I imagine it was a pretty risky decision to step outside the rom-com box to green light this and they may have not expected the response. If there is no news before summer, it doesn't look good.
