2025-07-02 00:42:20 +0000 UTCI just heard the news from last week: “The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, REALLY Love You” is officially a Guiness World Record holder (yes, they went with the English title, even though I prefer the original). I won’t say what it’s for, and people who aren’t caught up with the anime probably shouldn’t search for it for risk of spoilers, but those of us who are caught up with the anime can enjoy it for ourselves. In a world where half the Guiness World Records seem to be mostly luck, and the other half paid for as marketing gimmicks, this is one that feels like it was actually earned.

AND RENTAROU!!! this anime wouldnt be half as good as it is without a phenomenal mc like him. his ability to be forward, proactive and understanding makes the show as good as it is. imagine if he was a typical dense mc that couldnt pick up on their advances or commit to being with them? wouldve been sooo yucky

One of my favorite aspects of this series(that only gets stronger as it goes on) is that the girls not only love Rentarou, but each other as well. This show would be much more annoying if all the girls were constantly fighting over his attention and competing. They truly are a family and I can't wait for you to see how much it grows in season 2!
