It's actually Wolf (Monster presents itself, but is unknown in scope of danger), Tiger (Threat to a large amount of people), Demon (Threat to an entire city), Dragon (Threat to multiple cities) and God (Threat to the entirety of humanity.) So like if you want an example, when Boros' ship shows up it's immediately a wolf level threat. When it killed the Sky King it shot up to either Tiger or Demon. When it leveled City A instantly it shot up easily to bare minimum Dragon, Boros may have even been considered a God level threat had Saitama not been there. It gets REALLY zany when you get into the Hero Association's guide to threat levels and how many heroes are required for each one which is honestly probably a big part of why Saitama failed the hero exam. The Hero Assocation states that it generally takes 5 b-class heroes to take down a single Tiger level threat. You remember that crab monster Saitama killed before any of his training? That was a Tiger-level threat and Saitama killed it well before starting any of his training which hints that there's something weird going on with him even prior to training.
