We chose to go with the Subbed version since it seemed like a 50/50 choice and we simply prefer anime subbed over dubbed, hope that's okay with you guys😅

There are some heavy inspirations from real world happenings, I'm sure you'll notice. And happy comment reading. Though it should also be mentioned that this is a nuance that is likely result of translation as they actually say 大総統 "Daisōtō" which is more commonly translated as president though it's only historical use is for the President of China between 1912 and 1924. It's likely because in English the word president is heavily associated with democracy (and the term used to refer to e.g. the US president is 大統領 "Daitōryō") and this country is very clearly not a democracy. (That's likely also why some translation chose the double title of calling him "Führer President")

And as a heads up, every reaction channel I've seen watch this show has been ordered by fans to react to the "blooper reel" at the end of the series where the dub cast made mistakes or ad libbed some funny lines, and that's only in dub. So if you go with sub the voices for the blooper reel will be unfamiliar. But it's a great watch either way and I do love sub, so watch how you prefer!
