Monthly Checkup #32: Getting Back Up

So far, I'm recovering from an emotional spiral early in July. It was a mess. I hurt a friend I deeply love and care about, speaking out of turn and mistaking advice for cruelty. That was ridiculous, I'm letting my ideology go too far. Self-betterment doesn't mean becoming "normal" just so you can be a useful worker for capitalists. I'm very vocal about my left-wing political leanings, and I pretty much take it too far sometimes, misunderstanding responsibility or self-improvement as ideas only conservatives use to control or victim-blame people.
With that out of the way. Things are coming along for my Patreon. I can't believe it, but it's actually growing! I will keep drawing new art for my Patreon and keep making sure to advertise, because that's the best I can do, and I have to be willing to put in SOME work. "Working hard" isn't a talking point that only far right pricks use, after all. We all work differently and motivate ourselves differently, we just need to figure that out for ourselves, individually, and with eachother!
