THE RULES:
• Only one OC entry per person
• No Alicorn OC's, pick between a unicorn or pegasus if you use their design
• Other species such as Crystal Ponies, Bat Ponies, Zebras, Griffins, Hippogriffs, small dragons or other MLP races will be considered, but only in small numbers.
• Your OC is more likely to be chosen if it does feature a Gala outfit, but it is not necessary for you to draw one. A Gala outfit will be drawn for them, but will be very basic and reused for other background ponies.
