2026-02-06 01:59:30 +0000 UTCI toyed with the idea of giving her flashbacks to her time on the island. I see her relationship with Nathan as being very similar to the one she had with The Father. Maybe that's something I'll explore a little down the road.

I love that she can be used as the kind of hero that possibly saves everyone from the evil clutches of Nathan.. muwahaha.. *evil laugh* but anyhow I like that she's not insane, she's just angry from everything that's happened to her and she's determined to get answers and she can also be a conduit for more interesting tidbits about her time on the island for the Seduced by Salvation fans

As choices are made in the story (for example you all picked the Vindication route in chapter 1) they will start to impact tone, style etc. People wanted a chaotic evil Nathan, so... here we are :)

2026-02-05 15:23:05 +0000 UTCWow. Ok. So, a lot to say. First of all, talk about detail oriented. As a former Floridian resident, it was nice to see St. Augustine mentioned. But talk about character work here, especially for Mei, all of those memories stored away. Her current barrier to her own agency and intimacy now becomes much clearer. Ethan still means well, he is seeing the proof that something is happening, but the situation with Sierra complicates things. It's interesting to see this web begin to construct itself, all stemming from existing (or perceived) conflicts in the bedroom, that bleed over into other areas of life. The specificity also, stores, mango boba, everything. It's a lived in world, and that goes a long, long way for making it all believable. Also, Grace. So... she is my everything. I will kill for her. I will get her a duffel bag and bone saw. #ilovegrace #graceisabaddie, etc. Cannot WAIT to see her again, immediately captivated by her presence. And as a side note, your prose is very different here tonally, I enjoyed the shift immensely. There's a certain underlying menace that is difficult to describe precisely.
