2021-11-18 00:36:28 +0000 UTCOoooo i love this audio! I usually meditate with nature sounds like birds, waterfalls, etc using headphones/earbuds so that i can be more focus (because i live in a very noisy city). funnily enough it really helps me a lot!

2021-11-17 22:39:54 +0000 UTCHave you ever tried a sound bath… last year was my first time (mainly because of quarantine lol) and tbh it felt like an out of body experience. Other than that I’ve never actually meditated like described in this audio bc I can never remain serious 🤦🏽♀️
