Actually, like the show stated, there were 4 kingdoms in England at the time. You forgot East-Anglia.

There were 3 main anglo-saxon kingdoms, Mercia, Wessex and Northumbria. But there were also minor kingdoms, collectively considered the anglo-saxon heptarchy. Also the king of the Britain's is a misleading title, as the britons held seperate kingdoms of their own in cornwall, wales and cumbria.

I take it you don't read these comments but I'll try again lol! Þórunn is pronounced Thorunn. Þ ís a letter in the Icelandic alphabet and is pronounced th as in thing 😊 loved the reaction!
