I think the most interesting thing is not how he brought her back, but how she seemed to be expecting it. She woke up and immediately took his hand, not looking surprised or confused at all. It seems to me that Black Siren already knew who that guy was and that he was coming to the island at some point.

I think it was either meta or magic. I haven't seen any type of spoilers for this season but my guess is that they are setting up for green arrow to come out of the shadows and the villians are gona be a sort of legion of doom collaboration. They already have black siren, this mystery guy, the crazy guy in the police station and Deathstroke said himself eventually you have to choose who you are so I think he's gona have a villian turn this arc. Just some thoughts.

Follow up: The answer to the true poll posed by Eric is yes, Oliver definitely told Cisco to go with the green lightbulbs so he could be the Green Arrow even in the dark.

It honestly never crossed my mind that he did anything to her until you guys mentioned it, but I still think it was just coincidence and that Quentin's bullet was non-lethal. Either that or her outfit has some Kevlar in it and she was just winded/stunned from the impact.

For me it's between Meta Powers and just waking up. With all the Lance stuff it seems more likely he did not make a kill shot. But waking up just when the bad Guy seems a bit unlikely and Maske it seem more like Meta Powers.

I think it would make more sense if she just got up as Lance wasn't going for the kill against his own daughter.

I think whoever arrived on the island had some sort of reviving abilities.

I think that there should be another DC show for magic based characters. Legends is about Time Travel, Flash is technology based, Arrow is more personal and has more non-powered badasses, and Supergirl is alien based. Ever since Constantine ended there has been a whole corner of the DC Universe left unexplored.

I think The real Laurel is alive somewhere and Dark Siren will live as long as she does. Also Quentin likely just shot her enough too keep her from using her canary powers and shot her but missed any vital organs

I think the bullet that Quentin fired just didn't kill her. I mean it is 'Laurel' after all and in the Arrow-cave he already had trouble with stopping her. It wouldn't be a far stretch to believe he fired a bullet with the intent to just incapacitated Black Siren instead of killing her

I’m going to say magic because of a name I heard toward the beginning of the episode, but at the same time it could just be the name of another guy. They didn’t say the full name just the first name so I’m not 100% sure.

I find it hard to believe that someone of such high importance and skill wouldnt have bullet protection built in to her outfit. I think she was just knocked out by the bullet and woke up on her own

I just assumed she was wearing kevlar which is why she was alive and it was just good timing he was there when she woke up

I feel like they know how most of their viewers felt about magic coming into the show, so it has to be something else., but they probably do want you to think its magic.

Magic/Meta wise would allow them to bring Constantine back in an episode or two. Tho, it wouldn't surprise me that something else is going on with it. Just have to wait and see

Arrow has said time and time again that they've found their strength in street level stories. Reviving Black Siren mystically or otherwise would just be dumb. Unless he shot her up with adrenaline or something, I think she wasn't dead, and just woke up as soon as the guy got there, conveniently. But the bigger question, is anyone keeping count on how many time the Lance sisters have "died" lol

I don't think he missed, but I don't think it was magic eather. Or special healing power of any kind. She just must not have ben hurt that badly, & on the way back, they just took the bullet out.

It looked spontaneous and he didn’t appear to touch her first, so I am leaning toward magic or meta power. Though we’ve already done mysticism so it could just be that she woke up on her own, maybe she had on Kevlar.
