His role was to both remind rick how far things have come, and to further show how ruthless Daryl has gotten. Had Daryl just killed the random guy, people wouldn't be as conflicted. So I liked it

Well, it wasn't as impactful as when Merle came back. It feels like they just brought him back to let us know that he failed when he left. Why do they keep trying to hurt us?

anyone else felt neutral during the whole thing? when i first saw him, i knew who he is and i was just like "ok that's cool but it's not like when morgan came back or something"and when he got shot by daryl i was just like "...well that didn't last long..."

Good scene for factors and fans, makes you wonder who else could show up.

The only reason I liked it was because I saw him give a 2 minute monologue just to get shot in the head by daryll which caused me to burst out laughing.

They had to bring him back because there were too many people asking where he was so it makes sense to bring him back plus the fans got the actor a payday so that’s pretty cool haha

I have got over my intial shock and slight anger, I was hoping Rick could turn him good and he'd become a member of the group but now that I think about it Morales could be an important factor into Rick remembering who he used to be waaaaaaaaaay back in S1. Not sure how that will come into play but thats what I take away from the Morales's appearance. The speech between him and Rick before he got put down was probably one of the best moments of the episode, both actors gave great performances.

To me it was too long a wait for his return that i didn't really care about his character and his return as i did in the earlier seasons. I liked the discussion between him and Rick, and for me that was good enough.

I couldn't remember who the hell he was or when we saw him. I gathered it was in season 1 or 2, but he's one person in a sea of dead faces left behind by Rick and company.

It felt forced, but I guess I liked the idea of him just being killed nonchalantly by Daryl. But then again, that could have been anyone, just as the end of the episode showed.
