That would be a very interesting plot twist, but I don't think that's the case. Stain hates all heroes who aren't righteous, and Endevour is the most unrighteous of them all.

i have always felt the big version of all might is his normal form and since the injury he has had to adopt a smaller one in order to basically not die.

Hey blind wave im only saying this bc it is only mentioned in the spin off manga I believe. but Stain lost his nose when he was younger. it was either in a fight or he cut it off after a fight. i dont remember which it was.

Guys all might doesn't hulk out and Deku wont hulk out. All might original form is the Big one, he always looked like that, but remember that injury he has? he was injured 5 years ago in a battle and the result of that injury is what made him look in that skinny form.

I'm sure other people will mention this too, but all I'll say is listen to what Stain actually said when he was introduced. He said he sees All Might as a "true" hero and that he is culling the "hypocritical" people like Iida's brother who Stain says aren't really heroes that are after fame and money. What that means moving forward well just wait and see!

We know from episode 2 that All Mights original form is his buff form, his injury + repeated surgeries made him skinny/emaciated, and he flexes to get back to his original form. One for All doesn't give you a buff form.

The fight went by fast because that is how good the winners of each battle was. Bakugo IS a genius when it comes to fighting and adapting to his opponents battle style.
