is there any way you guys could get this episode uploaded on the website since its blocked on youtube?

freecostco

Not sure how the guys are watching this, but if its on the funimation website, they do have subtitles for the dub now, so it might help them in situations like present mic at the tournament where they had trouble understanding what they were saying.

Calvins been away on holiday

GoFree4

As I dont think you will read the spin off manga. I will tell you so you know, Stain lost his nose in earlier times. if you want all the details then you should read the spin off manga or at least look up that specific detail. BTW Keep up the great work guys. love the reactions.

Jackie Green

Where's Calvin been the past few weeks?

Toast Batman

The winged nomu is the kid that hung out with Bakugo back when they were young and picking on Deku.

Cat_Sidhe

if you want to know why stain has no nose you would need to read the spin off-manga viligante

He didn't confirm that. He just teased in a sidenote that it has something to do with him (but i haven't read past the 3rd season arc, so if that's a thing later, please don't tell me lol)

Sky Sirak

Interesting fact: The winged Nomu is confirmed (by the creator) to be the winged kid who was Bakugo's friend in the first episode (back when they were kids)

Yes Rick, with the Hiten-Mitsurugi Ryu

No

There is a reason he dosen't have a nose, it isn't mentioned in the anime tho, he got it completly messed up in a fight so he cut it off himself.

"Endeavor isn't a villain". But he absolutely IS. He's certainly no "hero". I think it comes down to an interesting use of semantics. And for this arc in an especially meta-way when it comes to talking about Stain's reasoning and justification for what he's doing (even though it isn't right). The entire point of MHA's main theme is defining "what is a hero". Though weirdly enough, they haven't asked "what is a villain" yet, have they... In the show, many people define a "hero" in different and personal ways, but Deku is a "true" hero because his definition is something that he already is BEFORE he gets his powers, and would still be WITHOUT them: very simply, "someone who helps just to help". AND THAT'S IT. No personal ambition for the material gain, or the praise, or power and influence, or recognition. No tragic backstory fueling his path forward. No vengeance-quest. No excuses. It's this simplicity that makes him so endearing to both other characters and to us. It's the same reason as All Might's...and the number one reason that Endeavor will NEVER surpass him, no matter how strong he gets, or how flashy, or how much money, or people he can pressure into doing shit for him (or how many nerds' nipples he manages to make hard by watching him in the coming episodes. ;) ) Endeavor is just good at fighting stuff, and looking damned GOOD while fighting stuff. Oh, and he's good at raping women and punching children. But that does not a "hero" make. Ex. Dwayne Johnson is good at fighting stuff and looking good while fighting stuff, but isn't a hero. (No offense to the Rock...he's still cool.) But in comparison to that random person walking by with groceries who laid down in front of a TANK to stop innocent people from getting killed, simply because he wanted to help - or someone else who ran into a house-fire to save a stranger - these people had no powers, and were not in occupational positions to assist (military, firefighter, etc), but ARE true heroes. That's how Deku begins...and why certain events are going to play out the way that they are.

Sky Sirak

His method is bloody and pretty psychotic yeah, but his ideal kinda make sense to me. The idea of a "hero" gets lost when anybody can get famous and rich when they have a dope Quirk and then call themselves a "hero". A "hero" (in bnha) is supposed to be saving peoples lives, thats it. If you're focusing on anything else than being a hero than in Stains eyes you are a fraud. A milkman wouldnt be able to take a day off, or do other shit because he feels like it. So "heroes" shoudlnt be going on TV or doing fashion shootings because they have the money and freedom to do so

TheHumourTumour

Stain's logic is just deeply flawed. Why does it matter if someone wants to be a hero for fame and money? That someone is still a hero, doing heroic things. Stain here is the one killing and causing suffering when he could, you know, do something productive instead, like saving people... He doesn't understand that ultimately actions separate heroes from villains, not motives.

I know right so hyped

Next episode. So. Ready.

Man next week is gonna be fuckin epic for them and for me watching Season 3. HYPEEE ASF!!!

BruLee

I am pretty sure that the Nomu that was captured by the police was specifically designed to take on All Might, so these would not be as strong. But would still have multiple quirks within them.
