Avatar TLA 3x13 Reaction Early Access!

Avatar TLA 3x13 Reaction Early Access!

Comments

In my opinion I think after the next 2 part episode. I think it should have been enough redemption from Zuko for Katara. I kinda was upset by Aang saying nothing about her being more then needling Zuko. It was blatant hostile attitude from Katara and normally Aang would try and resolve inner strife in the group.

Skeletor

LMAO!!!! Time for that dramatic Azula May scene with the big spoiler at the end. EEEEP

Anthony

I wouldn't really say she hated him. she didn't fully trust him but just teased him like the rest of the gang

Weiss Schnee

I never really liked Katara during her hating Zuko parts in Season 3. She may of had good reason but she could try better for Aang in my opinion.

Skeletor

AWESOME reaction and discussion on that episode. It's good to see y'all enjoying the show. The Firebending Masters is in my top 5 favorites. If you make your way down these comments at some point, Serena Williams was a HUGE fan of the show and ran into the director at some point so he arranged her cameo as Ming. She also cameos again in Korra. It really is incredible the amount of respect people of all age groups have for ATLA. It's a masterpiece.

007

Yeah i totally agree :D Would love to see them unedit.

Ten

I second this. You could even still put up the video like you normally do and then put up an "extended" version with you guys reacting to the whole finale without the video showing or something.

Kryptic

I saw that you guys had done a few videos on your old channel where you released the entire recorded reaction, unedited (with the video of the show removed to avoid getting into any trouble). I think it would be great if you released this version of the recording for your reaction to all four episodes of the finale of ATLA too! So many fans have gone on this journey with you and we would love to see an unedited version of the entire finale reaction, even if we just have to sync up the show on our ends to watch with you. This would be in addition to the normal releases, of course, but since you'd already have all of the unedited footage, I'd imagine it wouldn't take much work to release in a separate video. I think your fans would really appreciate it! Just an idea. Thanks!

Far Far Away Radio

Hey guys. I am asking for a big favor to redirect the finale of ATLA because the finale is a really important episode with every moment significant in many ways. Every minute could be discussed for hours. Plus there is a ton of action that would be a shame to cut out. I understand that you can't play the whole footage of the final 4 episodes (The finale is broken down into 4 parts), so it would be nice to redirect the video into a source that would allow people to see all of it. Or at least break each of the 4 episodes into parts to put as much footage as possible. The finale of the show is one of the greatest finales I have ever seen in my life. Please show all the content or fine some way to do so. The reaction isn't enjoyable in 10 minutes. AT least put the full content for the last two. Thanks for being great content creators.

Let go your Earthly tether...enter the void...empty, and become wind

Pretty much every episode from here on out is 10/10, can't wait for the rest.

zadfgh22

Wow Blindwave is now at 11 K .

Skeletor

Hell yeah, I love the original series but Korra had some stupid gorgeous moments. I loved her character arc more than Aang's personally.

Voreni

OH shit just realized what episode is next. Season 3 is so fire no pun intended

Weiss Schnee

If Korra "ruined" bending somehow, than sign me up, because Korra was freaking amazing, especially books 3 and 4. That finale is one of the finest things ever put to animation.

If it ruined the origins of bending they wouldn't be the highest rated episodes of Korra

Agni Kai

Now, we wait for Korra to totally ruin/retcon everything about the origin of bending. YAAAAAAAAY!!!!

AlexXis Amadeus

yeah that always bugs me too.

I'm pretty sure it was, I believe the creators are big DBZ fans

Jordan Brauer

I think the show's audio is a tad too low.

Dale Cooper

Korra is pretty good, and season 3 is certainly a standout. I think the people you're talking about are mainly reacting to those who claim Korra overall is just as good or better than ATLA. I have to admit, I find those claims nuts as well. Korra is a decent follow-up and worth watching, but it's just not as good as ATLA, and that should be recognized.

fork

This was there best discussion about an episode in a while and people were worried the crew was losing its stuff. Because the last episode was only 12 minutes and not 18.

Skeletor

I have to disagree with the "there is always something to talk about in this series" part. They've pretty much discussed the hell out of theories in past episodes and Avatar is getting to a point to where so much stuff is actually happening, there isn't much to say but I liked this scene and that scene. Only real thing I think they could discuss more is Iroh and what he's up to.

Braden Ennis

Okay, after my complaints about your guys reaction to the last episode I'm happy to see that you are imo back in top form. I especially liked the aftershow discussion and hope that they continue to be at least around this length because there is always something to talk about in this series.

SmilePlease

I love that they didn't try to over explain what happened when the dragons surrounded them in fire, they said it gave them visions of the meaning of firebending, but it was kind of vague which just adds to the mystery of it which is aweome not a lot of shows do that especially ones with the kid demographic, the writers respect their audience and don't assume they need everything completely explained to them. Like in a couple of episodes they just end in silence instead of having someone wrap up the episode with the moral they learned that day which a lot of family shows do. I love atla.

Noah Hoorn

I found it interesting that the Fire Nation banned dancing, and yet the truest form of firebending is called "The Dancing Dragon". I think it symbolizes how far the Fire Nation has strayed from its path.

People are trying to downplay Korra for whatever reason, but S3 of it might be my favorite or at least tied for my favorite season in the entire Avatar franchise. I think people expected it to be another ATLA and set themselves up for disappointment, but if you accept it to be a very different series that just happens to be in the Avatar universe, then it's pretty good overall.

Braden Ennis

whatt is that hat??

That Appa hat kills me. Reminds me of the "Grand Poo-ba" hat from The Flintstones.

William Campbell

It's episodes like these that really made me fall in love with the world of avatar. Unfortunately that never transferred over to Korra.

WhateverIFeelLike

This episode is amazing just for its wordless portrayal (the dance) of what Zuko and Aang were lacking with themselves and each other: *harmony / synergy.* It was no accident that these dragons look like the ones in Zuko's dream; or that Roku and Sozin rode opposing colors, either. This is (one of) the payoff of wonderful foreshadowing since Season One. Gaaah I love this so much !

Sky Sirak

I wonder if the Dragon dance was a nod to the Fusion dance in DBZ

Kris

Next 2 part episode is one of my favourites man, hope they appreciate it as much as I do :D

If you really think about this episode you realize how powerful and respected Iroh really is. Because you have to assume when people killed a dragon they had to bring back proof they killed it. Which means when Iroh said he killed the last dragon and they asked for proof he would've said something along the lines of, "there was nothing left for me to bring back." And EVERYONE BELIEVED HIM!

TB

Yes , but especially the last 2, but the 4 lasts together would be best.

Alexandre Boutin

Since we are nearing the end of the series and I know you guys film ahead, I think now would be a good time to give you guys a heads up that the finale is 4 parts and while it isn't 100% necessary to watch them altogether. I'd say it is HIGHLY recommended to do so as it is intended to be watched in one sitting.

Braden Ennis

This is my favorite episode apart from the finale

William Beasley

Love this episode

I came

yay...first
