Whilst he would likely be killed after everything hes done. I would prefer if he survived as a great villain such as him should be kept about as a constant threat.

He'll die but not at the hands of Oliver. Kind of like Batman Begins where Ra's is on the train and Bruce lets him crash

I think that Oliver wont kill Chase but has grown up enough too where he is becoming more like The Green Arrow which is a hero and does things with less vengence. If anything I think Felicity, Artamis or New Black Canary are pretty good alternative's too being the killer cause it be a total surprise.

Prometheus isn't like Slade or Merlyn, I can't see him coming back for an episode in a future season, he's completely insane, his last act might be either trying to out Oliver as the Arrow or killing himself, I don't think Oliver will kill him though.

I think Chase will die. But I do not think Oliver will be the one to kill him. If it is not another member of the team, then I believe Chase will cause his own death in some manner.

I think the amount of things Damian dark did and Oliver broke his rule and killed him, so I think he will also kill Adrian for all he has done to him

IMO he gotta die although I love his personality and he looked bloody well at the end of last episode!!! :p

I think it would be the ultimate victory for Oliver is he defeats Chase without killing him.

I don't think Adrian will die this season. Having the last couple of main villain die isn't allowing them to show up again. Adrian has had such an effect on Oliver that he could be a threat for more than one season

I hope that Oliver believes hes dead but Adrian returns later as a teacher for a future villain, or the vigilante will kill him because he is also Adrian chase.

If Oliver is the one to kill Chase he'd just be proving Chase right. Personally I think he'll be sent to prison and killed by Talia to set her up as the villain for season 6. (Though personally I'm still waiting for Onamonapia to show up)

Chase is a great villain and it would be cool if he was around to be a problem in future seasons, but I don't see his story going beyond this season. Everyone knows who he is now. I don't know how he could last out there for too much longer. He'd have to go completely underground. He could never be out in the open anymore.

I think he has to die, he's done too much harm, but I don't think it will be Oliver who kills him.

3 out 4 finales he's killed the villain, it doesn't feel like that since so many have come back, I don't think he will kill chase cause they've done that way too many times, but if he does I assume it will be with that knife he left on olivers desk

Arrow likes to keep their good villains alive. Apart from Darkh(Even though he is technically still alive). Adrian Chase is arguably their best villain yet. I doubt they will kill him.
