Added 2017-04-30 02:28:45 +0000 UTCWould you trust Lyla is making the right decision in terms of keeping a criminal without due process, or is their no justification for it?

Diggle did not have a problem with Slade Being imprisoned in Lian You. Why troubles him now?

2017-05-10 16:26:16 +0000 UTCWhen you start breaking the laws of the land there is no end in sight, no one is above the law.

2017-05-03 19:18:56 +0000 UTCIt's kind of the same argument from Civil War II if you have read it. Punishing people before they commit a crime. I am team Dig though. I think the law is their for a reason.

2017-05-03 15:02:53 +0000 UTCI'm with dig, breaking the rules to stop those who break the rules is hypocritical. if we forget who we are and what we are fighting for while trying to stop crime, then we loose

2017-05-03 01:02:34 +0000 UTCHonestly she could be going towards the Amanda Waller route, that's no good for a women with a family.
2017-05-02 22:03:12 +0000 UTCI'm with Dig. Lyla has a good point but if they truly want to change the world they have to do it with the strength of LIGHT and not DARKNESS. If you stoop to their level it would be no better than criminals locking themselves in prison rather than The Law.

2017-05-02 19:02:17 +0000 UTCWhat if the reason we haven't seen Vigilante is because he is Cayden James. It would explain why he was ghost why Vigilante has that technology and why he was developing the tracker

2017-05-01 22:07:10 +0000 UTCLocking someone up out of fear of what they could do is like killing baby hitler only with no foresight
Liam Cook (Saber Copter)
2017-05-01 20:17:51 +0000 UTCIt's exactly what they do in flash

2017-05-01 20:04:52 +0000 UTCBut when was the last time they locked someone up without due process? Iron Heights has had the meta-human jail cells since the beginning of season 2 (I think, not sure) and they didn't really lock anyone else in the pipeline after that I don't think. Obviously they locked Black Siren up but that was because that characters was obviously going to come back, they wouldn't completely write her off.
2017-04-30 17:56:32 +0000 UTCIt felt weird when they discussed about daughters as it seemed they completely ignored Sara. It's like as if they decided "Yeah, Sara did her fair share of dying and is somewhere possibly trapped in time, but Laurel is my fave so we're just gonna pan to a photo of just her and Quentin as if Sara never existed"
Jordan Malloy
2017-04-30 17:34:22 +0000 UTCIsn't that what Barry and the gang do on the Flash? They lock up metahumans w/o due process? Some can argue that the metahumans are different; they have powers and are extremely dangerous because of that, but then there is also what a couple other people here have mentioned, the Oliver has Slade Wilson locked up on the island who isn't a metahuman, just a really bad guy. Of course we were only told of the hacker guys terrible exploits, but if they are as Layla tells them then I don't see the difference between locking him up and Slade and the metahumans.
2017-04-30 17:34:00 +0000 UTCThe truth is I would be on whatever side Dig is, regardless of his motives. Besides he would make a awesome evil team up crossover member.

2017-04-30 12:13:39 +0000 UTCAt the moment I'm with Lyla, just because I don't currently feel that she is as extreme in her leadership as Amanda Waller was.

2017-04-30 11:00:07 +0000 UTCLyla knows what she is doing, let the secret agent do her job, too bad I feel that it will be her undoing.

2017-04-30 09:46:00 +0000 UTCI should say my feeling is that if the criminal has repentance and would do the same wrong over & over again, like drunk driving even if You killed someone. And still had no remorse.Kevin my baby brother of 45years would never allow that person to drive again and that person Should answer for murder! In his world, and I can't disagree . But the person Should have a trial.
StevenBrown
2017-04-30 08:20:28 +0000 UTCThey are both right. Lyla is running a security force which means making tough decisions. Diggle is looking out for the woman he loves. Especially as he knows the toll it can take on a person (Waller)
2017-04-30 04:55:04 +0000 UTCDoesn't team Arrow have a secret island they put bad guys on without due process????
tsujoi
2017-04-30 04:29:05 +0000 UTCI mean, ARGUS is what's wrong. Lyla was fine before she took over. It's kind of like "adapting to your surroundings" to me, but in this case, it's a lot more detrimental. I voted for Dig but I can see how some people would side with Lyla. Heck, this was pretty similar to Snowden like they said in the episode. And you have people on both sides of that. I just really hope this doesn't ruin them together. I feel like everyone on Arrow besides Quentin and maybe Rene is just flailing around right now bc of Chase. Maybe things will resolve themselves, maybe they won't but I've got more faith in this season than I have in past ones.

2017-04-30 03:59:30 +0000 UTCDig. The growing of a police state is the true threat to liberty.
2017-04-30 03:44:53 +0000 UTCNo Person should have the right to lock up a person by himself. It's to easy to justify. First you only lock up the super bad ones without trial. Then when one case seems to get lost in court you lock that guy up aswell, because it's easier. Then you lock away the people, who question you locking up people and in the end you decide who gets locked up and who doesn't without due process in any case. It's a slippery slope and you shouldn't step on that pass.
Red Claw
2017-04-30 03:34:12 +0000 UTCWe have no idea who this guy is, so he might deserve to be locked up.
Gabe Mackey
2017-04-30 03:24:04 +0000 UTCI do find it a bit Funny Diggle has an issue with ARGUS locking someone up with no trial yet Oliver is keeping Slade Wilson and Captain Boomerang on the island and I'm pretty sure neither of them had due process and all that.
Ryan Witalison
2017-04-30 03:10:50 +0000 UTCI'm with Dig on this, like he said she wanted the organisation to be better under her than it was under Amanda. But this was something Amanda Wallace would do, something Lyla didn't want to follow anymore.
Cameron Mason
2017-04-30 03:09:45 +0000 UTCKings Shark ,Grodd and super villain s like on these shows can't be treated like a peeping tom or a drug dealer. So in there case I would do what had to do.
Skeletor
2017-04-30 03:09:21 +0000 UTCSure, let's do due process for the 100 Metas inside the Flash pipe thing also... were they poop in the floor and don't shower in ages...

2017-04-30 03:04:41 +0000 UTCYou can't claim to be a free country that values law and order if your government doesn't follow the law themselves.
Jerry Pennington
2017-04-30 03:04:27 +0000 UTCWhile I do believe what Lyla is doing is wrong Due process will never happen because this guy has an army of hackers on his side with dirt on everybody. They would just blackmail the Judge or the Jury members and he'd be free to go.

2017-04-30 02:57:23 +0000 UTCIf I could add my own option on the poll, I'd vote for Young Justice.

2017-04-30 02:34:49 +0000 UTCI think there should be better options, maybe cutting his hands off or something, keeping him like that costs money on feeding him, and cleaning
