I'll go, with You guy's, the only thing to consider, is how much do you believe the actor in the role.

I was surprised so many people were upset over the decision to go with a white actor for Danny Rand. I get the arguments over casting someone who had more martial arts experiences since Iron Fist filming was too rushed to properly train someone with no experience, but I don't think Danny necessarily needed to be Asian. Culture Appropriation is a touchy subject and can understand that argument. I just don't think Danny had to be the character to tackle that issue.

They casted many Asian Actors just because Danny isn't it becomes bad lol. Name one Asian named Daniel... yeah I thought so plus in all the cartoons with him he seems pretty white in there too. For people to make this big of a deal about it means they are racest not the other way around.

Bruce Lee was to do kung-fu as well, but just because David Carradine played the role, Does not make it bad. Now don't get me wrong , I to think Bruce should have ben able to fill the part since it was his idea. But the big wig's felt different. None the less I think that kung-fu &Iron fist were both done well! Especially under the conditions.

"You guys cannot like this show!! They didn't cast an Asian actor!! Every form of media must promote social commentary!! Not doing so means it's bad!! End of Story!!" Many arguments against this show are valid, this is a only slightly exaggerated argument that's completely irrelevant to the shows quality.

I didn't like the flirting while sneaking part either. Danny doesn't really need her assistance, he just wants to tap that. The mission felt like a date. Also why did the immortal Iron Fist have such a hard time with one measly guard? At this level Matt would wipe the floor clean with him. Matt fights hallways of people and hordes of Hand Ninjas. Danny hardly has any experience, but he did fight a dragon once.... well that dragon must've been passed out drunk or something. Dragon must've woken up with a black eye thinking, "the fuck happened last night?? and why is my ass sore?".

Personally felt Ward became more sympathetic while Danny became more unsympathetic as the show went on.

Prepare for a nasty slowdown. The back half of this season is rough
