@Username Oh no sorry typo I meant that the dub comes 3-4 weeks later than the sub so they should react to all the OVA’s as they will have plenty of time.

The animation was totally different this season so yeah that’s Bertholdt and Reiner. We’re on chapter 116 today and FMD are the next arcs lit from here on out.

Some of the OVA’s were released 5 years ago and probs will never be dubbed plus season 3 part 2 will return on the 29th of April but the dubs come out 1 week later than the subs

This anime follows the manga almost exactly (except for cutting out/rearranging some scenes). The events this episode took place during chapter 72 in the manga. Season 3 part 2 will adapt up to chapter 90. The latest chapter released was 115, so manga readers are a good bit ahead. Though the story seems to be wrapping up and will probably end within the next 20 chapters.

Aaron to answer your question about the manga, it's WAY ahead of the anime, it's way past the reveal of the cellar and what our beloved characters discover what lies beyond the walls. The rest of this season will be wild... and then the arc that follows... the biggest questions are about to be answered.

Also, Reiner and Bertolt couldn't just destroy the cellar to prevent them from reaching it because 1: Shiganshina is a huge city. They won't have a clue where Eren lived. And 2: Even if they were to destroy the rest of the city, it's a CELLAR. Underground, and on top of a collapsed house to boot. Only Eren, Mikasa and Armin can possibly know how to get there.

I mean, how would that even work? (And remember no spoilers please^^) In general, we didn't see Ymir with the Beasttitan and Reiner and Berthold, so maybe they took the power back from her? Maybe they gave it to a bbrother of the guy who was eaten. But, it didn't look like they left Shinganshina....

Anime only watcher here, so pleaaase no spoilers. When seeing the scene, my first thought was: Definitly Reiner, and maybe Berthold, but now he doesn't have to hide anymore so he gelled his hair back. On the other hand, we didn't see a new hairstyle from him when Reiner fought the beast Titan. So my second thought was that the guy looked like Reiner and Berthold and Annies 4th friend who was eaten by Ymir. That would be wild though.
