I love this episode, one of my favourite in the whole series. i really hope the blindwave crew react to the mini episode called The night of the doctor before they watch the 50th anniversary episode called The day of the doctor. Also an adventure into time and space which was part of the 50th anniversary too.

I was just completely mindblown at the visuals and the story and the music and the time travelling and just the whole concept of a character that changed bodies in canon. Also fell in love with Clara right away lol and then binged the whole series in the span of time between this episode and the 50th. Now Doctor Who is my favourite show, so this episode basically changed my life haha

Since we are now going into season 8, I want to ask this question... I am going to be cryptic about it because I don't know who reads these posts, and don't wanna be that guy that ruins things for everyone... Just how spoiled is season 8? It just seems to me that one of the big reveals of the next season could be known to the guys just from going to conventions and interacting with people who cosplayed as the character in question....

Good to see River again. For now, this episode and the first ep of s6 might be my favorite interaction with her and this doctor. The great intelligence as the big bad was strange. The first of the perfect place for Clara story to be done. If Rory died to much I think Clara got to many endings. It's not even me hating the future since my favorite period with Clara hasn't happened yet. I'm surprise they didn't guess what the doctor was talking about in the last part. Especially Eric.
