Well full length means that i not only have to find the actual episode of the show online somewhere, but then i also have to sync it up and figure out a not horrible way of having both of them up on my screen at the same time. Granted thats not all super difficult to do, its just slightly easier to watch multiple videos, at least from a viewers perspective. I know thats what a ton of reactors do when the thing they're watching is much longer than a standard episode of a show

I think we get it that a lot of you want them to watch the fivish doctors. These were probably filmed at least 1-2 weeks ago to allow for editing and whatnot, so if they haven't already done it, its not happening, and flooding the comments probably isn't going to change that. It is getting to the point where only 2-3 people on these comment sections actually talk about what the video actually is...

the first doctor only had 1 heart. AFTER regeneration he had 2. this implies that its the regeneration process that finalises the evolution of a gallifreyan to a full time lord.

I really hope that they are gonna do the five-ish doctors as it is a fun thing and the will actually get most of the references. If not it doesn't matter, I can't wait for the 50th though. I saw it in cinemas and the clip thing that they did with the 3D glasses at the beginning always stays in my memory. :D

Although, if I remember Classic Who correctly, regeneration is not a biological trait, but the product of Gallifreyan science. That's how The Master keeps getting resurrected, and how the Sisterhood of Karn could do what they did in Night of the Doctor. It got muddled a bit with The Doctor's Daughter, but I'm sure we could make up something that still works.

Another reason for bringing in the Time War for New Who is that it explained to Whovians why Gallifrey and the High Council weren’t around. They didn’t want all the baggage and political intrigue to drag down the pace and plot of the episodes. It’s a lot of history, and they didn’t want new watchers to get bored or overwhelmed by it.

As far as I understand it, there is no genetic difference between Time Lords and Gallifreyans, so same biology; actually, the Gallifreyan biology is what allows for the creation of a Time Lord, when exposed to the Vortex, so yes, they all have 2 hearts and their ridiculously complex brain.

Yeah with the time lord/gallifreyan thing, how it works as far as the show has made it aware, is that you join the academy and become a timelord after being granted the abilities (not definitely the untempered schism, that possibly could just be an initiation). It’s like a military of sorts. I’m not sure if these soldiers are timelords. They could be, as a dalek extermination is instant death, too quick to regenerate. (The dalek in the stolen earth episode only skimmed the doctor so he had a chance to regenerate) And I believe ALL gallifreyans have 2 hearts and other biological traits.
