I think Vimeo tries to stream with too high of a bitrate and/or with too high security. If people want the video so bad they'll use a downloader, they'll find some way to get it no matter what. If nothing else the screen can be recorded.

Bit of trivia about that Tardis set - When Capaldi was cast they asked him what he would like to do to make it 'his' tardis. He wanted to make it feel warmer in there so they changed the colour of the lights to orange. The wanted it to feel like a room the doctor lives in so they put those bookshelves in and Capaldi chose the books. It's a mix of childrens books, classic literature and science/engineering books. Just little details like that I love about this show.

Tenant will always be first answer if you ask me who is my Doctor Who, but Capaldi man he loses out by a hair. The more rewatching I do, that photo finish may be overturned... Capaldi's journey with his women, Almost left me me wondering what could be left for The Doctor to do.

Thats what i think i love most about Twelve is going on this journey with him. From this man who is supposed to be out of regenerations he doesn't know who he is or where he fits in anymore to then where he ends up. His personal arc is amazing and ugh i can't wait to watch it again.
