π The light shines even though the star is gone

I started this project a few weeks ago and have been chipping away at it slowly in the evenings to help relax and have some fun. I wanted to try rendering in black & white first then adding colour on top afterwards, itβs something Iβve wanted to try for a while and since getting better at values is a big thing Iβm trying to work on this year, I figured this would be a fun way to try n study that! I can definitely improve on this colouring method, but Iβm pleased I gave it a go and Iβm real proud of the result. It was really indulgent and itβs nice to compare this to the pieces I drew of super shadow when I was a kid like 15 years ago.
