*PREFACE - Ok so I didnt expect this to turn into a full blown therapeutic rant but oh well haha! Sorry and let this be a warning - I dont mean to be whiney or sound super ungrateful, sometimes I just have to speak these things out to get it off my chest. That being said, I am super aware and grateful for the blessing of my life. Feel free to skip this vid, I will have another GOOD video up later today!

As for advice for managing stuff I feel like overthinking or worrying too much about whatever stressors it is just freaks me out more, and it’s especially important to learn to try your best to let go of frustration or stress towards something you can’t directly influence or that’s out of your hands completely ie neighbours dog 🐶. So my motto is action absorbs worry. I just do things that I enjoy and normally the more physical the activity is the more it releases stress and puts your mind out of that state of anxiety. I know the weather sucks but maybe try a routine of going for long walks with your favourite songs playing but only upbeat stuff! Also make sure to take extra vitamin d for the winter cause the lack of sunlight compared to summer can also contribute to mental deterioration (seasonal blues suck)

And as many have said the background noise is never a bother, but if you ever feel like you need to take a break and do other things whenever you want to film don’t overthink it!
