One of the things I really wanted to push with MY alien race is that they are such a new civilization they dont have very much technology besides "Energy, let's harvest this!". The newer generation (Luca's gen) is making a lot more progress towards mimicking humans way of life. But when Commander fought in this war yeah! Fire was like "holy shit this is danger. We can use this"
