Interesting items of etiquette you picked out and shared with us. Now I know I can refer to my cousinβs children as first cousins once removed. I thought the recommendations about how to accept compliments was interesting. You are someone, Amy, that must have to constantly deal with all of the compliments you regularly receive and how to or whether to respond. I know you do that well and most graciously!
