Wow, the animation during the whole fight with the Katana Devil is amazing! This show's visuals are next level, even better than Demon Slayer in my opinion.

In regards to the new anime picks I have not seen Apothecary Diaries, heard good things about it which will be fun to watch along. I have seen clips of Spy Family but will be watching along with you folks for the most part. I really like a show similar to Spy Family called Buddy Daddies so I'm hoping I will enjoy this one as well. Happy you enjoyed S1 of Chainsaw Man & are excited for more!😆 The next canon installment of the series is Chainsaw Man The Movie: Reze Arc, which isn’t a recap of S1. It’s an adaptation of the next arc. The movie will then lead on to S2 (which will be the International Assassins arc). That means, the movie is essential to watch. There’s no date yet for S2, but overall, there’s lots of story left to adapt. The Reze Arc movie ends at about chapter 50, & Chainsaw Man is currently at ch217 (in 3 days from now). You guys are gonna be waiting along with us now for S2😂, but you should definitely react to the Reze Arc movie when it arrives on streaming (like you plan to do with Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle). The Future Devil’s contract with Aki is quite morbid. Aki pays “nothing” to the Future Devil, because all it wants is a front row seat to Aki’s death. He is so amused by the death awaiting Aki, describing it as the worst death, that the payment is simply allowing the devil the opportunity to bear witness. It’s chilling to imagine, also knowing Aki has 2 years left to live. But driven by a madness for revenge, he accepts the contract & rejects knowing his future fate. So much to unpack with Denji, Pochita, & why everyone wants the Chainsaw Devil. What’s so special about the Chainsaw Devil that attracts everyone’s attention, like the Gun Devil, the Eternity Devil, & even Makima? In the dream, why won’t Pochita allow Denji to open the door? Is he hiding something? Guarding something? I will say, you will get answers to everything.😉 🤔…except Pochita. Manga hasn’t revealed much more about him just yet. Cuz I’ve got questions too!
