They have a way of conveying their feelings and making you resonate with what they are trying to portray. I remeber them saying, at a point in time, that "there's no lie in their music", as related to the fact they are writting it and a putting into lyrics their own thoughts and feelings. Which, I feel, helps a lot with their message coming across as genuine and from the heart. Another fun fact is that before they had their own Insta accounts, Hyunjin used to "sign" his posts #LOVEStay, so the fact he was involved in writing and composing this made the song even more special for me and I'm sure for the whole fandom.
