To answer some of your questions, Jun and The8 have said before that they speak in Mandarin with each other since it feels awkward to speak in Korean when its just the two of them but that was a couple of years ago so maybe thats changed. The person in the velvet tracksuit that you were talking about is Yoon Hyelim and she is their overall performance director for pretty much everything they do from comebacks to concerts and shes been with them since before debut, she is very well known and loved within the Carat fandom. She and Bumzu, the other main producer alongside Woozi for SVT and who taught them to sing, are considered an integral part of SVT. You can see her in most if not all the behind the scenes of their choreo practices and MVs.
