2023-11-16 20:01:25 +0000 UTCYou nailed it. They usually film the choreography video during the comeback preparation so it's fresh in their mind and they can release it a few days after the comeback. But they also prefer to wait until everyone can be present to film them (unless the recovery time is extra long like for S.Coups). This was filmed ~a month after Oh My promos were over, sandwiched in between all the other schedules they had moved onto (they were doing more japanese promos at the time iirc)

So yeah I wasn't following them yet when this song came out (sad) but I know Vernon (blue tank/gray sweats) was hurt during this comeback - you can tell bc there's no choreo for his part so he could just come in to sing and exit for all the music shows - so I think they waited and filmed this way later after his leg had healed so maybe that's why it's not as refined and they didn't go back to clean it all over again. I don't know for sure but I noticed watching it as well that it was not as clean (probably why it's titled as a 'special video' and not a choreography one)
