Mingyu radiates frat boy energy. He’s always pumped for whatever task is at hand and muscles his way through and it’s just entertaining to watch lol. Also this was a nice break from what they showed on the actual episodes since it’s showing the K and G group actually having fun together rather than the rivalry narrative they were trying to write in the episodes. Also I think it was a good choice on your part to watch these later on since you’re more invested and recognize a lot of these guys and where they are in the competition. Like what you pointed out about Jongwoo. Here he’s still wearing his 1 star shirt which was what received after the re-evaluation of the signal song which he did flub pretty badly. But then we saw what he did in BackDoor and Home and now looking at this 1 star grading, it clearly doesn’t reflect his actual abilities.

I remember it was probably part of Chris Brown's Take You Down choreography, but it might not be. At that time, that movement became famous under the name of American dance because it was an unrivaled and sexy dance in Korean entertainment.
